Pricing

The API is charged per token, for input, cached input and output tokens; reasoning tokens are charged as output
Paid keys^† created at inference.goedelmachines.com are paid for with prepaid credit
Customers in India buy credit in Indian rupees, plus GST, at the India price list: ₹6 per million input tokens, ₹1 per million cached input tokens and ₹40 per million output tokens
Other customers buy credit in US dollars at the global price list: US$0.10 per million input tokens, US$0.02 per million cached input tokens and US$1.90 per million output tokens
Your account's currency is set by your billing country at your first purchase and does not change
You can add credit in any amount from ₹500 (India) or US$5 (elsewhere), before tax
Each request is charged for the tokens it uses, at the prices listed at inference.goedelmachines.com/models
Credit never expires
Through OpenRouter^†, you pay OpenRouter at the prices shown on OpenRouter; we do not bill you directly

Terms of Service

The Gödel Machines inference API (“the Service”) is operated by GOEDEL MACHINES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Goedel Machines”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of Service

The Service is an inference API built by Goedel Machines. You send it requests in the OpenAI-compatible format, and it returns completions from open-weight models that we run on our own servers in India.

2. Account and Access

You can use the Service through OpenRouter^†, or with a key you create at inference.goedelmachines.com after signing in with Google or GitHub. Each key is either a paid key^† (prefix sk-gm-paid-) or a Free Key (prefix sk-gm-free-), chosen when you create it. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key and for all usage made with it. Access is subject to rate and concurrency limits, and features, limits, and availability can change without notice.

3. Credits and Payment

Paid keys^† are paid for with prepaid credit, shared by all paid keys on your account, in Indian rupees for customers in India and in US dollars for everyone else, as set out in the Pricing section. Each request uses credit for the tokens it consumes, at the prices listed at inference.goedelmachines.com/models; a request you cancel is charged for the tokens processed before it stopped, and a request that fails because of a fault on our side is not charged. Starting a request requires a positive balance. A request that costs more than your remaining balance still finishes; your balance then goes below zero, and you owe that amount. Credit does not expire. Customers in India pay GST at 18% on each purchase and receive a GST tax invoice. Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you use the Service through OpenRouter, OpenRouter bills you and its terms govern your payment.

4. Your Prompts and Completions

You may send prompts, including documents and code, to the Service. You must have the right to share that material with us and to have it processed. By sending a request, you grant Goedel Machines a licence to process your prompt as needed to return a completion, and for no other purpose. We do not store your prompts or completions, and we do not use them to train or improve any model. You keep ownership of your prompts and of the completions produced for you.

5. What a Completion Is

Completions are generated by AI models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose, and we do not review them. You remain responsible for deciding whether a completion is fit for your purpose.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send material you do not have the right to share, including other people’s personal data you are not permitted to process
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, to other users’ requests, or to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by evading its rate limits

7. Intellectual Property

All software, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Goedel Machines. The models are provided under their own open-weight licences. By using the Service, you do not acquire any ownership rights in it. Your prompts and the completions produced for you remain yours, subject to the licence in section 4.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. The Service uses AI to produce completions, and AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing any completion before relying on it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goedel Machines and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or revoke your API key, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

11. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Service.

Privacy Policy

GOEDEL MACHINES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Goedel Machines”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 6th Floor, 8-2-672/5&6, Elias Mohammad Khan Estate, Road Number 1, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500034, India, operates the Gödel Machines inference API, available at api.goedelmachines.com and through OpenRouter.

Information We Collect

Prompts and Completions: The prompts you send and the completions we return. They are held in memory only while your completion is generated, then discarded. We do not store them, log them, or use them to train or improve any model.

Request Metadata: For each request, a request identifier, timestamp, API key identifier, model, input, cached, output and reasoning token counts, latency, and status or error code. If you reach us through OpenRouter, we also record OpenRouter’s request identifier. Request metadata never contains prompt or completion text, and we do not record IP addresses.

Account Information: If you hold an API key issued by us, your name, email address, and billing details. If you use the Service through OpenRouter, we receive no account information about you.

Where Processing Happens

All inference runs on our own servers in India. We do not send your prompts to any third-party AI model provider. Requests reach our servers through two network providers: Vercel, which receives the connection at api.goedelmachines.com and forwards it, and Tailscale, which carries it to our servers. Traffic is encrypted between you and Vercel, and again between Vercel and our servers. Vercel processes each connection, including your IP address, in order to forward it, and may keep standard connection logs under its own terms; neither provider stores prompts or completions on our behalf.

To serve follow-up requests in the same conversation faster, the model’s working state for recent prompt prefixes stays in GPU memory and the server’s RAM while the server runs. It is not prompt text, is never written to disk, is evicted automatically, and is lost when the server restarts.

Data Storage and Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS
Request metadata is kept in private storage on our servers and is accessible only to Goedel Machines staff who operate the Service

Data Retention

Prompts and completions are not retained
Request metadata is deleted after 30 days
Daily token totals per API key, with no per-request detail, are kept as accounting records for billing and tax
Account information is kept for as long as your account is open and as required by Indian tax law

Your Rights

You can ask what metadata we hold about your requests, or ask us to delete it, by contacting hi@goedelmachines.com
You can ask us to revoke your API key at any time

Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service: Vercel and Tailscale for networking, and OpenRouter if you reach us through it. These providers are bound by contractual obligations or their own published terms to protect your data. We do not sell your information. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we change how we handle prompts, completions, or request metadata, we will update this page before the change takes effect.

Free Tier

This section applies to API keys issued free of charge at inference.goedelmachines.com (“Free Keys”). For requests made with a Free Key, it takes precedence over the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy above where they differ. Requests made through OpenRouter, through Hugging Face, or with a paid key^† are not covered by this section: for those, we do not store prompts or completions, as described above.

1. Prompts and Completions

We store the prompts you send with Free Keys and the completions we return. People at Goedel Machines may read them. We may use them to train and improve our models and services; copies used for training are separated from your account details.

2. Licence

By sending a request with a Free Key, you grant Goedel Machines a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, review, reproduce and use your prompts and completions to provide, train and improve our models and services. You keep ownership of your prompts and of the completions produced for you. This replaces, for Free Keys, the narrower licence in section 4 of the Terms of Service.

3. What Not to Send

Do not send passwords, API keys or other secrets, confidential business information, or other people’s personal data through a Free Key. You are responsible for what you send.

4. Retention and Deletion

Prompts and completions sent with Free Keys are kept until you delete your account or ask us to delete them
You can ask us to delete your account and your stored prompts and completions by writing to hi@goedelmachines.com
Data that has already been used to train a model cannot be removed from that model
Request metadata is handled as described in the Privacy Policy above

5. Accounts

You sign in with Google or GitHub. We receive your email address and name from that provider and use them only to identify you and to contact you about the service. Your account information is kept while your account is open.

6. Where Data Is Stored

Prompts and completions sent with Free Keys are stored on our own servers in India. Account information, API key fingerprints and usage totals are stored with Supabase, our database provider, in Mumbai, India.

7. Availability

The free tier is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of availability. We may change its limits, pause it or end it at any time. The Acceptable Use rules in the Terms of Service apply to Free Keys, and we may revoke a Free Key that breaks them.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Free Tier

Free Keys cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can revoke a key or delete your account at any time from inference.goedelmachines.com.

2. Through OpenRouter^†

If you use the Service through OpenRouter, OpenRouter takes your payment, and its own refund terms apply.

3. Paid Keys and Credit^†

Credit never expires
Credit spent on requests is not refundable
You can cancel a purchase and have it refunded, less the payment provider’s fees, if none of its credit has been spent: write to hi@goedelmachines.com
Purchases are spent oldest first, and a partly spent purchase is not refunded in part. If you buy ₹500 of credit twice and spend ₹100, one ₹500 purchase can be refunded; if you buy ₹500 once and spend ₹100, nothing can be
A request that fails because of a fault on our side is not charged
If you were charged in error, write to us and we will refund the amount charged in error
Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5–7 working days

Shipping and Delivery Policy

The Gödel Machines inference API, operated by GOEDEL MACHINES PRIVATE LIMITED, is a fully digital service. Nothing is shipped: there are no physical goods and no shipping charges.

1. Access

A Free Key is issued instantly when you create it at inference.goedelmachines.com, and it works as soon as it is shown to you. Credit you buy for paid keys^† is added to your account balance as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment, and you can see your balance in the console once you are signed in.

2. Delivery of Results

Each request you send to https://api.goedelmachines.com/v1 is answered over the same connection, usually within seconds. Your usage appears in the console on the Usage page.

3. Problems With Delivery

If a payment was taken but your credit does not appear, a key does not work, or a request fails repeatedly, write to hi@goedelmachines.com or call +91 40 4372 8111. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy describes what happens when a request fails because of us.

The Gödel Machines inference API is a service by Goedel Machines. It serves open-weight models from our own servers in India. Paid use^† does not store prompts or completions; free-tier use does, as described in the Free Tier section.
